Can wind damage be present even if the roof isn't leaking yet?

We document both the pattern and the roof's known age and service history so the distinction is clear in the written record.
What if my adjuster's wind damage assessment is lower than what you found?
That's common when the adjuster's inspection was a single pass without membrane-specific expertise. We prepare a supplemental report with additional photos, measurements, and a written comparison of what we found versus what was captured, and provide it to you and your adjuster. The scope decision stays with the carrier.
